Digital Communication Platform of the African Research Network on LinkedIn Launched
In a joint ambition with the International Society of Ethnopharmacology (ISE) the African Research Network of the GA has launched an online communication platform to facilitate direct exchange between its members. Operated as a public LinkedIn group, it is open for all researchers concerned with African natural products research.
Since most of our current face-to-face meetings had to be postponed or cancelled and as current times do not allow us to meet personally, we would like to take the next step to facilitate online communication between African researchers concerned with natural products research and ethnopharmacology. In addition to our current mailing list, the LinkedIn group enables a fast and direct exchange between the members with a direct connection to their professional profiles including affiliation and research interest.
The main purpose of this group is to facilitate the communication and interaction of our network members. It is intended to share relevant information (e.g. scientific event information, call for fellowships), provide the possibility for personal and professional exchange and stimulate collaboration (joint research projects, lab and equipment sharing).
